1.To guarantee the reservation, a 30% deposit of the reservation value is required at the time of booking.
2.The remaining amount (70% of the reservation value) must be paid 14 days prior to the planned arrival.
3.In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the planned arrival, the deposited amount is non-refundable.
There is no refund for shortening the stay.
If payment is not made, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
